Preston Sundin is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Litigation Group.
Preston’s practice focuses on general litigation, including civil and commercial disputes.
Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Preston was a summer associate at the firm. He also held roles across higher education and secondary education, including serving as a university teaching assistant, a Mandarin and history instructor, and an international admissions manager at a boarding school.
Preston earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he was editor-in-chief of the Asian Law Review, a property law teaching assistant, and a co-director of the Immigrants’ Rights Project. He received his LL.M. in technology and intellectual property from the University of Hong Kong Faculty of Law and his M.A. in Chinese literature from National Taiwan University.
Preston is fluent in Mandarin, and professionally proficient in Cantonese and Spanish.
