Quinn Walker is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice, where she works on patent, trade-secret, and commercial litigation matters, and related appeals.

Prior to joining the firm, Quinn clerked for Judge Stark at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and Chief Justice Seitz at the Delaware Supreme Court. She currently serves on the Advisory Council for The Hastings Center and has written on bioethics in regulatory and hospital settings.

Quinn received her J.D. from Stanford Law School, where she served as a symposium and articles editor for the Stanford Law and Policy Review. While in law school, Quinn interned for the Honorable Katherine O’Malley at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and as a research intern for Unified Patents.

Quinn holds a Master of Bioethics from Harvard Medical School and a B.A. in Human Biology from Stanford University.
