Rachel Kaiser is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison Foerster’s San Diego office.
Rachel represents manufacturers, retailers, and other companies on product liability litigation and product safety matters. Her practice spans the product lifecycle, including product safety and regulatory compliance counseling, product recalls, due diligence for corporate transactions, and the defense of complex product liability litigation.
She manages discovery in high-stakes litigation and advises clients on consumer product safety requirements, product labeling and warnings, regulatory compliance, and product-related risks in mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining the firm as a summer associate, she served as a judicial extern to Justice William Bedsworth. Prior to law school, Rachel worked as a paralegal at a leading trial boutique firm, where she supported trial teams for major corporate clients.
Rachel received her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law. While in law school, she served as chief articles editor for the Journal of Gender and Law. Rachel received her B.A. cum laude in psychology and French from Scripps College.
