Rachel Kaiser is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison Foerster’s San Diego office.
Rachel’s practice focuses on product liability and general litigation.
Before joining Morrison Foerster, Rachel was a summer associate at the firm and served as a judicial extern to Justice William Bedsworth.
Rachel also worked as a paralegal at a top trial boutique firm before law school. There, she assisted with federal and state court trials for major corporate clients and drafted a variety of legal documents.
Rachel received her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law. While in law school, she served as chief articles editor for the Journal of Gender and Law. She also conducted client interviews with domestic violence survivors on behalf of the Public Law Center. Rachel received her B.A. cum laude in psychology and French from Scripps College.
