Reiko Saito is of counsel to Morrison Foerster Law Offices and a member of our Japan Real Estate practice. Reiko’s practice focuses on advising clients on cross-border energy and infrastructure projects and corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and compliance matters.

Reiko also regularly advises on financing transactions such as liquidation of various receivables and real properties and development of financial products including structured finance and trust products. She has experience handling general real estate securitizations, consumer loan securitizations and other ABS transactions.

Reiko is a bengoshi admitted to practice in Japan (member of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association) and a qualified lawyer in New York. She graduated from the Legal Training and Research Institute of Japan in 2001.
