Rob Paris is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group and focuses his practice on IP litigation with an interest in privacy and technology matters.
Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Rob clerked for the Honorable Stephen A. Higginson of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Honorable James Donato of the Northern District of California. Prior to his legal career, Rob worked for Teach for America as a high school geometry teacher.
Rob earned a J.D with the highest pro bono distinction from Stanford Law School. He graduated cum laude from Harvard.
