Roberto Machado is an associate in the Real Estate Group in Morrison Foerster’s New York office, where he represents clients in complex commercial real estate transactions.
Roberto has experience representing clients in a wide range of commercial real estate matters involving a variety of asset types, including office, retail, hotel, and multifamily.
Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Roberto was an associate at another global law firm. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Andrea Masley of the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court.
Roberto received his J.D., with a concentration in business and finance law, from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Fordham International Law Journal, and his B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross.
Roberto is fluent in Spanish.
