Rochisha Togare is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison Foerster’s Tokyo office.
Before joining Morrison Foerster, Rochisha was responsible for implementing social media policy and strategy at a technology startup and worked in a corporate strategy role at a telecommunications company.
Rochisha received her J.D. from Columbia Law School. While in law school, she served as president of the Japanese Legal Studies Association and was a Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu Scholarship recipient. She also served as a student attorney at the Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School.
Rochisha received her B.S. in economics from the University of Washington, where she was a U.S.-Japan Bridging Foundation scholar and a recipient of the Morgan Stanley Japan Scholarship. She also studied abroad at the University of Tokyo.
Rochisha is fluent in Japanese.
