Samantha Breaks is a corporate associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison Foerster.

Samantha represents public and private companies and private equity firms in connection with complex transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She also counsels on general corporate and governance matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Samantha was at another major law firm, where she advised on complex transactions and corporate governance.

Samantha earned her J.D. from the University of Ottawa. She received her Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management (International Affairs) from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario.
