Sam Zarov is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison Foerster’s Denver office.

Sam’s practice focuses on antitrust litigation, class action defense, and complex commercial disputes. He represents clients in high-stakes federal and state court litigation, including multidistrict litigation (MDL) proceedings, involving antitrust, consumer protection, unfair competition, false advertising, and product liability claims. His experience includes developing litigation strategy, drafting dispositive and other critical motions, engaging in complex discovery and e-discovery processes, and supporting all phases of litigation through trial.

Sam received his J.D. cum laude from Boston University School of Law, where he earned multiple awards for written and oral advocacy and served as a note development editor for the International Law Journal. He earned his B.A. magna cum laude from Brandeis University.
