Samantha is a corporate associate in Morrison Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Samantha was a Summer Associate in the Washington, D.C. office. She was also part of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Student Honors Legal Program, where she served in the Investment Management and Enforcement Divisions. Prior to that, she served as an Audit Intern for the Office of Inspector General, Federal Reserve Board and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Samantha earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, where she was an Associate for The George Washington Law Review. She holds a B.B.A. in Finance, summa cum laude, from the College of William and Mary.
