Sandra Ascencio is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s San Francisco office and a member of the firm’s Litigation Group.

Sandra’s practice focuses on litigation and regulatory matters, including data privacy and technology-related issues.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Sandra worked across in-house, law firm, and clinical settings on matters involving privacy, advertising, and consumer protection regulations.

Sandra earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was staff editor of the Columbia Science & Technology Law Review and served as mentorship chair for the Latinx Law Students Association. She received her B.A. in political science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Sandra is fluent in Spanish.
