Sara Doudar is a trial attorney who focuses on intellectual property litigation. Her practice involves patent and copyright matters, and she has experience working with a wide range of technologies, including cloud computing, wireless charging technologies, pharmaceuticals, exercise devices, and SMS marketing.
Prior to joining the firm's Intellectual Property Litigation Practice, Sara was a summer associate at Morrison Foerster. She also previously interned at Boeing where she supported the patent prosecution team in drafting applications, responding to opposition allegations, and identifying patentable inventions.
Sara graduated magna cum laude from Columbia Law School and was recognized as a Kent Scholar. During law school, she served as the competition team director for the AIPLA Moot Court Competition and the articles editor for the Science and Technology Law Review. Sara received her B.S. in mechanical engineering and petroleum engineering from the University of Southern California.
Sara is admitted to practice in California and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
