Sarah Brickey is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group, based in the Denver office. Sarah represents clients in high-stakes IP litigation matters, including patent infringement, BPCIA cases, and breach-of-license disputes. Her practice spans a wide range of technologies, from pharmaceuticals and biologics to semiconductor devices and software systems.
Sarah has experience across all stages of litigation. She has played central roles in pretrial strategy and trial preparation, including coordinating large-scale document review and production efforts, overseeing e-discovery workflows, and leading trial-team operations. Sarah also maintains a robust pro bono practice, representing individuals in immigration proceedings and clients seeking civil protection orders.
Sarah graduated magna cum laude from University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as symposium editor for the Journal of International Law. While in law school, Sarah interned at the Defender Association of Philadelphia and participated in an international innovation competition through Law Without Walls.
