Sarah Jane is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s San Francisco office and a member of the firm’s Litigation Group.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, she worked across judicial, government, and private practice settings, with roles at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, the Northern District of California, and multiple litigation-focused law firms, where she supported civil, criminal, and policy matters.

Sarah Jane earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). During this time, she served as a Moot Court board member and competitor, contributed to the UC Law SF Journal on Gender and Justice, and participated in the Abolition & Prisoner Outreach program. She received her B.A. with distinction in legal studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
