Sarah Repko is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s IP Litigation Group, where she focuses her work on life sciences patent litigation for major pharmaceutical companies.
Prior to joining the firm, Sarah served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Timothy B. Dyk of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Sarah earned her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where she was a Michael T. Masin Scholar (awarded to students with the top 12 GPAs in the 1L class) and graduated Order of the Coif. During law school, Sarah participated in the Environmental Law Clinic and was an editor of the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy.
Sarah holds a B.S. in chemistry with a concentration in biochemistry from Wake Forest University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
