Satoko Kametaka, of counsel to Morrison Foerster Law Offices, has experience in providing legal advice on a wide range of domestic and international matters, including M&A, private equity, financing transactions such as acquisition finance, and general corporate matters.
Satoko received her LL.B. from Keio University in 2003 and was admitted to practice in Japan as a bengoshi upon completion of her training at the Legal Training and Research Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan in 2004. After practicing as a bengoshi for over four years, Satoko studied in the U.K. and the U.S. where she received her LL.M. degree from the University of Cambridge in 2010 and from Harvard Law School in 2011.
