Savannah is an associate in the firm’s Emerging Companies + Venture Capital practice, where she maintains a broad corporate transactional practice advising high-growth companies, venture capital funds, and strategic investors throughout the company lifecycle, from formation and early-stage financings to growth equity transactions and exit events. She is a trusted advisor to founders, management teams, and investors, guiding them in structuring and executing sophisticated capital-raising transactions.
In her work with emerging companies, Savannah serves as outside general counsel, advising on a comprehensive range of corporate and transactional matters, including entity structuring and formation, corporate governance, equity compensation, capital-raising strategy, and liquidity events. She partners closely with founders and management teams to navigate competitive funding environments, enabling her clients to secure the capital necessary to scale with confidence.
On the investor side, Savannah represents venture capital funds, growth equity sponsors, and corporate venture investors in domestic and cross-border investments across all stages of the company lifecycle. She structures and negotiates preferred equity financings, bridge and structured financings, secondary transactions, and strategic investments, with a particular focus on balancing investor rights with business objectives.
Savannah also maintains an active mergers and acquisitions practice, representing buyers and sellers in acquisitions, dispositions, and other liquidity transactions, particularly those involving venture-backed and growth-stage companies. Drawing on experience in both buy-side and sell-side transactions, she delivers pragmatic, commercially focused guidance through diligence, negotiation, and closing to achieve efficient, value-driven outcomes.
Her practice spans a range of industries, including food, beverage, consumer products, technology, Fintech, AI, and life sciences, where she adeptly navigates complex regulatory environments while advancing her clients’ strategic business objectives.
Prior to joining the Transactions Department, Savannah was a summer associate in the Los Angeles office in the summer of 2021.
Savannah earned her J.D. from University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she also received a Business Law Certificate. While attending she served as senior articles editor for the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal and participated in the Women’s Law Association, the Business Law Society, and the First Generation Professionals Program.
Savannah also holds an A.A. in Merchandising and Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, as well as a B.A. summa cum laude in sociology from Loyola Marymount.
