Sean Murphy is a trial lawyer who represents clients nationwide in complex, high-stakes product liability litigation. He has extensive experience defending and advising manufacturers, distributors, and retailers at every stage of the litigation process, from early case assessment and dispositive motion practice, through trial.

Sean prepares every case with trial in mind and is relentlessly focused on achieving exceptional results for his clients. He combines meticulous preparation with creative litigation strategy and sound business judgment, positioning matters for success at every phase.

During law school, Sean served as a research assistant to Professor J. Maria Glover, a leading authority in civil procedure and complex litigation, where he developed a strong foundation in procedural and class action law.

Sean earned his J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as a Senior Editor of the Georgetown Environmental Law Review, and his B.A., cum laude, in English from the University of Washington.

Sean is admitted to practice law in Washington as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
