Sean Ross is a Corporate associate in Morrison Foerster’s Denver office and a member of the firm’s Emerging Companies + Venture Capital Group.

Sean’s practice is dedicated to supporting emerging companies, startups and venture capital investors, with an industry focus in the consumer products space. He works closely with founders supporting his clients’ business growth and strategy from formation to exit.

Sean earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he was a board member of the Entertainment & Sports Law Society. He played varsity ice hockey at Wesleyan University, where he received his B.A. in government, economics, and data analysis. Sean continues to lace up the skates as a member of the Vail Yeti, a Senior A ice hockey team based in Vail, Colorado.

Before joining Morrison Foerster, Sean was a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. He also participated in Morrison Foerster’s summer associate program.
