Sebastian Schwalme is a corporate partner at Morrison Foerster’s German office in Berlin and advises on all corporate law matters. He focuses on stock corporation and capital markets law, banking law, corporate governance, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as providing strategic advice to companies.

In particular, he advises clients on the implementation of capital markets financing measures and transparency obligations, on the preparation and conducting of annual general meetings, international and national transactions, corporate and project financing, and on general strategic matters.

He publishes articles in the field of corporate and capital markets law and is cospeaker of the practical seminar “Berliner Update Kapitalmarktrecht,” which is held each year in Berlin. He is a regular speaker on current stock corporation and capital markets law topics at external events.

Sebastian studied in Berlin and London. Prior to his work as a lawyer, he worked for Landesbank Berlin in the area of real estate and corporate client support as well as the support of high-net-worth private clients.
