Sharon Haley has three decades of experience with a broad range of commercial real estate transactions across the United States.

Sharon’s experience includes reviewing and negotiating real estate surveys and title insurance and preparing transaction documents and closing commercial transactions, including purchases, sales, financings, 1031 exchanges, loan modifications, mortgage loan defeasances, subscription lines, and mezzanine loans.

Sharon received her B.A. from the University of New Hampshire and her paralegal certificate from Mercy College.
