Shireen is a Complex Litigation + Advisement associate in Morrison Foerster’s Seattle office. She represents clients in a broad range of complex disputes and investigations, including commercial, securities, consumer, intellectual property, and other high-stakes business litigation matters. Her practice includes substantial experience defending companies in large-scale class actions involving consumer protection, securities, and data privacy claims. She also advises and represents individuals and companies in connection with government and regulatory investigations.

Shireen regularly drafts pleadings and dispositive motions. She also has significant experience managing all phases of discovery, including overseeing large-scale document collections and productions, coordinating with clients and vendors on discovery strategy, and taking and defending depositions.

Before becoming an attorney, Shireen was a regulatory affairs analyst at a major investment bank, where she coordinated regulatory examinations.

Shireen is fluent in Farsi.
