Shuwen advises leading banks and financial institutions, private equity sponsors, alternative financiers, and strategic borrowers on cross-border financing work, including leveraged and acquisition finance, bilateral and syndicated loans, and debt restructuring transactions.

Shuwen is a Registered Foreign Lawyer with the Law Society of Hong Kong. Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, she worked at the Hong Kong office of a leading international law firm. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
