Sophie Xiang is an associate in the Corporate Department of Morrison Foerster’s Tokyo office.

Sophie earned her LL.M. from University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Sophie worked in the capital markets group of a leading international law firm in Tokyo. Sophie received her LL.B. from Jilin University School of Law and her B.A. from Jilin University.

Sophie is admitted to practice law in the state of New York.

She is fluent in Chinese, English, and Japanese.
