Stephanie Drumm is a corporate associate in the firm's Denver office.

Stephanie advises on venture capital and private equity investments, as well as domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She works with high-growth companies and private investment funds on corporate and transactional matters from formation to exit. Her experience includes counseling on organization, corporate governance, financing and fundraising, securities issuances, commercial contracting, due diligence organization and review, and acquisition transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie was an associate at another global law firm, where she focused on venture capital financings and advised companies, private equity firms, and officer teams on buy-side and sell-side middle-market M&A transactions.

Stephanie earned her J.D. and Certificate in Entrepreneurial Law from University of Colorado.
