Stephanie advises private equity and other financial sponsor clients, and companies on a broad range of complex and high-value M&A transactions.

She has extensive experience providing strategic counsel across the full spectrum of M&A transactions, including public and private acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, competitive auctions, majority and minority equity investments and co-investments, and corporate restructurings. Her sector experience spans energy, healthcare, e-commerce, technology, consumer products, real assets, and infrastructure.

Stephanie was admitted as a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia, as a Solicitor of New South Wales and as a Solicitor in England & Wales. Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Stephanie practiced in Australia and at another leading international law firm in Singapore.

Stephanie speaks fluent English and Cantonese.
