Mr. Queenan’s practice is focused on representing financial institutions in the origination and modification of commercial loan facilities.

Mr. Queenan has advised lenders with respect to single- and multi-lender financing transactions, as well as syndicated facilities and participations. He also has experience representing clients in commercial real estate transfers and general corporate matters.
