Sydney Gaskins is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Los Angeles office and a member of the firm’s Litigation group.

Sydney earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she received the Cappello Scholarship in recognition of her success and interest in trial advocacy. While in law school, Sydney placed 1st at multiple trial competitions including the National Student Trial Advocacy Competition and the National Civil Trial Competition. Upon graduation, Sydney was honored with the Order of the Barristers’ highest award, the Statute of Justice, given annually to the top advocate for excellence in oral advocacy and writing.

She was previously a Wetmore Fellow and summer associate at Morrison Foerster where she gained experience conducting legal research and preparing memoranda.

Sydney earned her B.A. in Political Science receiving Academic Honors at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
