Teresa T. Pham is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison Foerster’s Tokyo office and has experience assisting clients in a broad range of disputes and compliance matters, including complex commercial litigation, international arbitration, and cross-border corporate investigations.

Teresa received her J.D. from UC Davis School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif, served as Publications Director of UC Davis Business Law Journal for two years, and received the Reynoso award for second highest academic achievement in Legal Ethics and Corporate Practice. She was also a board member for UC Davis’ First-Generation Advocates Student Board. Teresa received her LL.B. from Nagoya University.

Teresa is a native speaker of English and speaks conversational to fluent Japanese. She is admitted to practice law in the state of California.
