Tess Oatley is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Boston office and a member of the firm’s Transactions Group.

Before joining Morrison Foerster, Tess served as a compliance extern at Boston Medical Center and as a legal extern at Beth Israel Lahey Health. Tess also worked as a summer associate at the firm during law school.

Tess earned her J.D. cum laude from Boston University School of Law, where she was recognized as a Paul J. Liacos Distinguished Scholar. She received the Dean’s Award in Corporations and served as a note editor for the American Journal of Law and Medicine. Tess earned her B.A. magna cum laude in political science with a minor in medical humanities from Boston College.
