Theresa is a senior associate at Morrison & Foerster’s German office in Berlin and a member of our litigation practice group. She advises clients in a range of industries, including technology, media and telecommunications, as well as banking and financial services on all aspects of antitrust law, regulatory law, and sanctions law. 

Her practice focuses on platform regulation, technology-specific antitrust and telecommunications law. She advises on regulatory issues, dispute resolution matters and transactions. She is experienced in advising clients in relation to sanctions and export control compliance systems, and associated procedures and policies.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, she worked as a trainee in the antitrust department of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. She gained further experience at the European Commission’s Directorate-General of Competition, where she worked on antitrust cases in the IT, Internet and Consumer Electronics industry.  

Theresa studied law at Albert-Ludwig University in Freiburg and Humboldt University of Berlin, where she received the graduation award for outstanding achievement in the study areas of IP and antitrust law. She holds a Maîtrise en droit from Paris University XII. She received her doctorate from the University of Bonn (Dr. iur.) and was a visiting scholar at the University of California, Berkeley.
