Thomas Hadid is an Of Counsel based in Morrison Foerster’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Intellectual Property Practice.

Thomas offers deep experience  in trademark portfolio management to clients across varied industries, ranging from consumer goods to fashion to technology. Specializing in developing and implementing “soup-to-nuts” trademark strategies, he advises clients on trademark clearance, selection, and adoption; prosecution; enforcement and policing; as well as brand protection and anti-counterfeiting efforts. Where settlement isn’t possible, Thomas also represents clients in contentious matters before the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board and federal courts.

Prior to joining MoFo, Thomas served as a Corporate Counsel, Trademark at Amazon and worked in the Palo Alto and Los Angeles offices of two leading international law firms.

Thomas earned his B.A. in public relations from University of Southern California before earning his J.D. from UC Law, San Francisco (formerly Hastings).

Thomas is admitted to practice in California.
