Tiarra Rogers Stein is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison Foerster’s San Francisco office.

Tiarra’s practice focuses on general commercial litigation.

Before joining Morrison Foerster, Tiarra clerked for the Honorable Magistrate Sallie Kim in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Tiarra received their J.D. from Stanford Law School. While in law school, they served as managing editor for the Stanford Law Review and served on the boards for Stanford Law BLSA and FLI. Tiarra received their B.A. cum laude in history from Vassar College. During law school, Tiarra served as a legal extern to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California, and as a legal extern at the California Attorney General’s Criminal Appeals, Writs, and Trials division. During law school, Tiarra gained experience conducting oral arguments before the California First District Court of Appeals.
