Tim Fellows is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Palo Alto office and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation group.
Before joining Morrison Foerster, Tim spent six years in the Air Force, where he served as an Afghan-Pashto translator, passive geolocation operator, and mission manager. Tim also worked as a summer associate at the firm during law school.
Tim earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was a board member of the Stanford Intellectual Property Association and volunteered with the Stanford International Refugee Project and Juelsgaard Intellectual Property and Innovation Clinic. He received his B.A. summa cum laude in economics from Colorado State University, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, named the College of Liberal Arts Outstanding Graduate, and honored as the Department of Economics Outstanding Undergraduate Major. He also received an A.A. in Afghan Pashto from the Defense Language Institute, where he graduated with honors.
