Tina Zakhary is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s New York office and a member of the Emerging Companies + Venture Capital practice group.

Tina advises emerging growth companies and venture capital firms in a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including entity formations, general corporate representation, equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Tina has extensive experience working with founders and management teams at all stages of the corporate life cycle, from pre-incorporation planning through exit.

Tina received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she earned a Certificate in Refugees and Humanitarian Emergencies. She graduated summa cum laude from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a B.S. in business.

Tina is fluent in Arabic.
