Tobias advises investors and companies on national and cross-border M&A transactions as well as on corporate and capital markets law issues.

Tobias studied at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, with a focus on  corporate and capital markets law, and completed his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin. He gained initial experience in the areas of corporate/M&A/venture capital/funds as a research assistant at major law firms in Berlin and Hamburg.

Tobias is a corporate associate at Morrison Foerster’s German office in Berlin.
