Tony Gonzalez is an associate in the firm’s Boston office and a member of the Finance Group. He represents financial institutions in leveraged buyout and acquisition finance transactions, secured lending transactions, and debt restructurings.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Tony was an associate at another prominent international law firm in Boston where he provided advice on leveraged buyouts and financing terms to private equity fund clients. Tony obtained his J.D. from Boston College Law School where he served as president of the Business Law Society and his B.A. in finance from Florida State University.
