Tori Kulwicki is an associate in the firm’s Finance Group.

Tori’s practice focuses on representing banks and other financial institutions in single-lender and syndicated financing transactions involving domestic and international private equity and venture capital funds, as well as their portfolio companies.

Tori earned her J.D. summa cum laude from Boston College Law School.
