Tristan is an associate in the firm’s Private Funds practice and regularly advises on the formation of private equity funds and hedge funds, including structuring, drafting and negotiating documentation, regulatory and compliance requirements, and other ongoing operational needs.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Tristan was an Investment Management associate at another international law firm.
