Tyler is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office and a member of the Global Antitrust Law Practice Group.
Tyler advises clients on regulatory approvals for mergers and acquisitions, government investigations, civil litigation, and other antitrust compliance matters. He regularly assists clients with their Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filings and related Second Requests before the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice.
Tyler’s experience spans numerous industries, including food and beverage, industrials, technology, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and asset management. He also works on contemporary antitrust issues, including artificial intelligence and algorithmic pricing.
Before joining Morrison Foerster, he practiced in the antitrust and competition practice group of another international law firm.
Tyler earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School, where he was a member of the Journal of Law, Economics & Policy and the Moot Court Board. He also served as a research assistant for the Global Antitrust Institute and co-chaired its Invitational Antitrust Moot Court Competition. He received his B.A. in economics and B.S. in finance from the University of Maryland.
