Vincent Benlloch is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Los Angeles office and a member of the firm’s Litigation Group.
Vincent focuses his practice on complex litigation matters in state and federal court, including class action and commercial litigation.
Before joining Morrison Foerster, Vincent externed with the Federal Public Defender’s Non-Capital Habeas Unit in Los Angeles and interned with the Direct Appeals Unit at the Michigan State Appellate Defender Office.
Vincent earned his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where he was recognized with two Masin Family Academic Excellence Gold Awards for his achievements in Criminal Procedure: Adjudications and Class Actions. During law school, he served as senior articles editor for the Criminal Justice Law Review and as an articles editor for the Pacific Basin Law Journal. He was also actively involved in the Pretrial Justice Clinic and the Criminal Justice Program.
