Vishakha S. Joshi is an associate in the Complex Litigation and Advisement Group of Morrison Foerster’s San Diego office.

Vishakha S. Joshi represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including bankruptcy, securities, antitrust, IP, and breach of contract litigation. She has represented financial institutions and multinational corporations in internal investigations and proceedings before regulatory authorities such as the SEC, DOJ, and OFAC.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Vishakha served as an associate for another global law firm. Vishakha received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She earned her B.S. cum laude in mathematics from Santa Clara University.
