Vonnie Nam is a corporate associate in the firm's New York office.

Vonnie has experience in corporate and securities transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and general corporate governance matters. Before joining Morrison Foerster’s Transactions Department, Vonnie was a summer associate in the New York office.

Vonnie earned her J.D. from the New York University School of Law, where she was a member of the Business Law Transactions Clinic. She holds a B.S. in Media, Culture, and Communications, cum laude, from New York University.
