Will’s practice focuses on complex litigation.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Will was a summer associate at Morrison Foerster.

Will received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he served as an editorial board member for the California Law Review and a team member and coach for the Berkeley Law Moot Court team. In addition, Will volunteered with Legal Aid at Work, where he provided free legal assistance to low-income individuals.

Will received his B.A. magna cum laude in English from the University of California, Los Angeles.
