William Lane is a corporate associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison Foerster.

Prior to joining the Transactions Department, William was a Summer Associate in the San Francisco office. William also has experience as a Legal Intern for Twitter, where he focused on advertising laws. 

William earned his J.D. from University of Southern California. He also holds a B.A. in Economics from University of Michigan.
