Winnie supports the Firm’s cross-border M&A, private equity transactions, venture capital financings, and general corporate and regulatory matters.

She has also gained experience in fund formation and public company compliance matters during her training at the Firm.

She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Representative Experience

• Ascendent Capital Partners in its US$1.66 billion privatization of Hollysys Automation Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: HOLI), a leading international automation control system solutions provider.
• Ascendent Capital Partners in its HK $360 million investment in China Automation Group Limited (SEHK.0569), provider of safety and critical control systems for the petrochemical, oil and gas, and railway industries, by way of an exchangeable bond, loan of which was provided to Araco Investment Limited, a shareholder of China Automation Group Limited.
• Ascendent Capital Partners as an existing investor in a merger between NetDragon Websoft Holdings Limited (HKSE: 0777) and Mynd.ai, Inc. (NYSE: MYND). 
• A global education company in its acquisition by an Asia-headquartered private equity fund, of a majority stake for approximately US$700 million.
