Yeşim Tüzün advises both foreign and domestic clients in Intellectual Property and Information Law, especially in the area of new technologies such as artificial intelligence.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Yeşim worked as a legal trainee at the European Commission's Directorate-General for Communication Networks, Content, and Technology in the Artificial Intelligence Policy Development and Coordination Unit where she contributed to the drafting of the EU Artifical Intelligence Act and the Digital and Innovation Policy Department of the German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Action in the division responsible for the legal framework for digital services and the media industry. Furthermore, she worked as a legal advisor at the German Federal Film Board, actively contributing to the extensive revision of the German Film Funding law.

Yeşim holds three legal degrees from Humboldt-Universität Berlin, Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, and King’s College London.
