Yixian advises private equity sponsors, leading banks and financial institutions, and other corporations and investors on a broad range of financing matters including acquisition and leveraged finance, syndicated lending, and bilateral loans.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Yixian worked at the Singapore office of a leading international law firm. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
