Yixian is an associate based in the Singapore office. She has extensive experience in advising private equity sponsors, leading banks and financial institutions, and other international corporations and investors on a broad range of financing matters, including acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance, data center finance, fund finance, syndicated lending and bilateral loans.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Yixian worked at the Singapore office of a leading U.S. law firm. She is fluent in English and Mandarin. 

Representative Experience

• The mandated lead arrangers and lenders on the pre-IPO financing to a data center real estate investment trust listing on the SGX Mainboard, backed by the largest Japanese telecommunications company in Japan.
• GLP China Income Partners V in the acquisition financing relating to the US$5 billion recapitalization and exit of the portfolio developed within the GLP China Logistics Fund I, which was GLP’s flagship USD-denominated develop-to-core fund formed in 2013, to invest in prime, institutional-grade modern logistics assets in China.
• A Dutch bank on a margin loan facility to a private equity firm involving shares listed on Euronext.
• GLP and its affiliates in relation to multiple subscription line facilities.
