Yuval is an associate in the Private Funds Group and a member of the firm’s Transactions Department.

Yuval’s practice focuses on advising fund sponsors and their management teams in connection with their private fund formations and ongoing fund operations and advising institutional investors on their investments in private funds.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Yuval served as a law clerk in the legal division of the Israel National Security Council in the Prime Minister’s Office. While there, she worked on public policy related matters.

Yuval earned her LL.B. from Buchmann Faculty of Law, Tel Aviv University, and her LL.M. from UCLA, School of Law, with a specialization in media, entertainment, and technology law. Yuval is fluent in Hebrew and English.
