Yuval advises sponsors on the life cycle of their private investment funds, including structuring, formation, regulatory compliance, and operation of private equity funds and their management companies. She regularly counsels U.S.-based and international fund sponsors, with various investment strategies, including venture capital, private equity, credit funds, and co-investments ranging from a $10 million special purpose vehicle to institutional multi-million dollar funds. Yuval focuses on tailoring strategic legal solutions to support clients’ business goals.

Clients trust Yuval to project manage their fund launches from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure legal advice supports their business vision. She oversees various deliverables from across multiple parties and has significant experience drafting and negotiating governing documents, including limited partnership agreements, subscription agreements, side letters, GP operating agreements, investment management agreements, and other upper-tier documentation.

In addition, Yuval advises investors on their fund investments, providing guidance through reviews and comments on offering documents, due diligence, negotiating side letters, and evaluating fund terms to ensure alignment with institutional goals and regulatory requirements.

Beyond her corporate work, Yuval maintains a strong pro bono practice focused on immigration law. She has contributed to successful U-visa applications for victims of crime, supported clients through deferred action processes for labor-based claims, and assisted in asylum cases. Yuval is also passionate about supporting artists, particularly documentary filmmakers, who she advises on legal and business structuring to support financing, distribution, and rights management for their films—merging her legal expertise with a passion for the arts, advocacy, and access to justice.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Yuval served as a law clerk in the legal division of the Israel National Security Council in the Prime Minister’s Office.
