Zack represents and advises banks, private debt funds, business development companies, asset managers, and other finance companies in complex asset-based and cash-flow lending transactions. His experience includes single-lender/club and syndicated first- and second-lien, senior secured, unsecured, and subordinated mezzanine financings that facilitate acquisitions, recapitalizations, and cross-border transactions across industries including airline and shipping, healthcare, professional services, retail, sports franchises, and technology.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Zack was an associate in another large law firm’s private credit group. He also has experience in securities litigation and regulatory investigations and, during law school, worked in the legal departments of State Street Corporation and The Kraft Group LLC / New England Patriots LP.
